As such there is content for the two last weeks in this blog post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Gaute<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Week 48<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Have been pretty busy with other exams this week so I haven\u2019t done much on the model, but I have 3D printed some parts\u00a0so verify that the fit correctly together.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"229\" height=\"23\" src=\"http:\/\/dronesonen.usn.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/image-20.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4754\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"603\" height=\"493\" src=\"http:\/\/dronesonen.usn.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/image-21.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4755\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dronesonen.usn.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/image-21.png 603w, https:\/\/dronesonen.usn.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/image-21-300x245.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 603px) 100vw, 603px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I printed the rack and pinion\u00a0gears\u00a0in the\u00a0hockey puck\u00a0feeder. Since I made the teeth on the gears myself it was a bit\u00a0exciting to see if the gears\u00a0fitted\u00a0as\u00a0well\u00a0together in real life\u00a0as they did in Solidworks,\u00a0and it turns out that they absolutely did.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I printed these parts with the highest quality settings&nbsp;since it has small parts interfering with each other&nbsp;and therefor I want as precise&nbsp;print as possible. I use the raft&nbsp;build plate adhesion setting so that the part has a lesser chance of warping&nbsp;and&nbsp;it\u2019s also a lot easier to remove support-filament that\u2019s attached to the&nbsp;raft rather&nbsp;than the buildplate\/part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Week 49<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"687\" height=\"655\" src=\"http:\/\/dronesonen.usn.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/image-19.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4753\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dronesonen.usn.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/image-19.png 687w, https:\/\/dronesonen.usn.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/image-19-300x286.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 687px) 100vw, 687px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u00a0had\u00a0the last of my other exams on\u00a0Thursday\u00a0the 3. December. After that\u00a0I\u00a0can focus 100% on\u00a0this project.\u00a0The goal for this week is to have the physical framework done by the end\u00a0of the weekend. And therefore we have a lot of parts that&#8217;s needs to be printed and mounted.\u00a0We started\u00a0printing\u00a0the first parts some weeks back\u00a0so we already have some\u00a0parts\u00a0done and ready to be assembled but there are still some\u00a0essential\u00a0parts left\u00a0before we can start mounting <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"491\" height=\"501\" src=\"http:\/\/dronesonen.usn.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/image-22.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4756\" srcset=\"https:\/\/dronesonen.usn.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/image-22.png 491w, https:\/\/dronesonen.usn.no\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/image-22-294x300.png 294w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 491px) 100vw, 491px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>This \u00a0is a far\u00a0as we came with the physical model this weekend. Have some\u00a0more parts ready for the model but they require some other parts to be installed first,\u00a0parts that I don\u2019t have yet. The printer is going 24\/7 now.\u00a0\u00a0 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Halvard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>This week I have been mostly working on other projects and studying for exams. But I have printing parts almost non-stop the whole week. Gaute and I started to assemble the system last weekend. We painted the steel tubes and did a lot of general problem fixing as we assembled the machine. Now that I&#8217;m finished with all of my exams I will only work on this project the coming week. I will finalize the material research paper within the next few days. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Due to exams I have not had time work on this project. But this week all hands are on deck. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nicholas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I spent this last week gathering parts and material we would need to finish the electrical part of the project.
